Two-year-old gelding for sale 'Bruce' Two-year-old Clydesdale cross Thoroughbred gelding for sale. Bruce has exceptional breeding. His sire - Saladin Bay - was our late home-bred stallion, which was sired by one of our previous stallions, Sandside Bay. Sandside Bay's breeding leads back to Quadriga, a racing stallion which was sired by Quorum. Quorum was the sire of the infamous Grand National winner - Red Rum. This yearling's dam, Arradoul Georgina, was one of our Clydesdale show mares, although she has now been sold, broken to ride, to compete in ridden Clydesdale classes throughout the North-east. Georgina is out of Arradoul Bryony, our best Clydesdale brood mare - she has produced several top class Clydesdales which have won championships both in-hand and under saddle. All of Georgina's off-spring have gone to competitive homes. He currently stands just shy of 15.2hh and will mature to 16.3hh. He is bright bay with white socks. This lad has manners to die for, and is honest and willing to please in every way. He is quiet and affable and will succeed in any sphere.
